
Bettina Rose Jurák CONTEMPORARY | IMPROVISATION | CHOREOGRAPHY
Bettina Rose Jurák; dancer, performer, movement director. Graduated from the Hungarian Dance Academy and Art Secondary School of Pécs and trained at several intensives, including Springboard Dance Montréal, Nederland Dans Theater, and Gaga Intensives in Israel.
After dancing for five seasons in Hungary, Bettina decided to start her international career: She moved to the Netherlands and danced for the Dutch Ivgi&Greben Company. In 2022, she joined the prestigious GöteborgsOperans Danskompani in Sweden where she worked choreographers including Alexander Ekman, Johan Inger and Emma Portner.
From 2024/25 Bettina is working as an international freelance artist, collaborating with different dance companies, creators and fashion brands. She also works as a movement coach with singers, actors, and performers and choreographing & assisting for films. Bettina has been awarded the “Best Graduated Dancer,” the “Best Career Entrant Dancer” by the Hungarian Dance Association, and the “Best Female Dancer of the Season” in 2019.
